Orders and terms of payment
• All prices, as quoted, are AUD and exclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery from Melbourne, Australia. Rialheim will communicate these charges to the client upfront. The client reserves the right to use a courier of their choice.
• All pro forma invoices created upon placing an order via EMAIL are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and start production. Failure to pay a deposit will result in a delay in your delivery.
• Cancellation of an order, once production has started, will lead to a forfeiture of the deposit.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your order after payment of your deposit was for items out of stock in Australia. Lead-times may be extended due to the factory’s capacity. And you will be informed as soon as possible.
• 75 % Balance of payment to be settled prior to delivery. The outstanding balance should be paid within a week of delivery.
• Orders will only be released once proof of payment has been received.
▪Failure to make final payment or arrangement to make final payment will result in RIALHEIM Australia selling the products to cover the cost of manufacturing and the client will forfeit deposits paid.
• In the event of non-payment Rialheim Australia will sell the products to cover the cost of manufacturing.

▪Rialheim takes every care to package goods to prevent breakages but will however not be liable for any damages during transport, should you decide to use your on transport company. Where Rialheim used their own couriers, please send a photograph of the damaged items delivered within 48 hours of receiving the order. All returns must be authorised by Rialheim prior to any merchandise being sent back.

Other relevant information:
1. This is a handmade product and variations will occur as part of the manufacturing process. At Rialheim we believe that these variations should be considered as part of the beauty of our handmade ceramics
2.. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. (Annual price increase might be applicable yearly) Notices will be sent out Re price increases.
3. Stock can only be returned if there is a manufacture fault to the product. Please send a photograph of the damage to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order. All returns must be authorized by Rialheim Australia prior to any merchandise being sent back.
5. We endeavour to have all products in stock. Should we be out of stock or a product is discontinued we will contact you as soon as possible.
